Multichine 36SK, our next retractable keel sailboat

After introducing the Polar 43, a round bilge metallic yacht designed to be employed in any sort of weather or latitude, we decided to design the Multichine 36 Swing Keel, a boat of a more affordable cost capable of performing in the same way as her larger sister, taking advantage of the versatility offered by a pivoting keel cruising yacht.
Measuring 36 feet over all, a very popular size among cruising sailors, our new Multichine is designed for steel or aluminium construction.

The suggestion to develop such a design came from potential clients of various countries, who asked for a boat of this type in the thirty-six foot range. The frequently asked question was:

Now we can say yes. The plans are already available and they constitute the most advanced design of a swing keel cruising yachts we ever designed We have already a collection of builders beginning the construction in different places and soon we believe the class will become a good example of our designs to be found in the most varied cruising grounds.
